Our railway is 20 years old on 4 July 2023! We are celebrating the 20th anniversary of our railway re-opening with a grand raffle! Prizes include Polar Express tickets Driver Experiences and Afternoon Teas.
Tickets are on sale at our station booking offices now for only £1.00 each or books of 10 tickets for £10. They will also be available at our Model Railway Event on 29 April, 30 April and 1 May.
The Prizes for our 20th Anniversary raffle are:
- 1st Prize: Diesel Loco Driving Experience
- 2nd Prize: DMU Driving Experience
- 3rd Prize: Four Afternoon Tea train tickets
- 4th Prize: Afternoon Tea for four at Finghall Station
- 5th Prize: Four Polar Express train tickets

The draw will take place at Leeming Bar Station on Tuesday 4th July 2023 at 4pm.
