Excercise Turnout 20 is really starting to gain momentum now. More heavy equipment has been deliverd to the main railhead and the first works train has been assemebed for use by the Army. 

Monday will be the first official day of the exercise, with the arrival to the works site at Harmby of the rails, they will be arriving by train off the mainline, with a Colas class 56 providing the traction. Its an early start for the team with an arrival time of 06:30. This then will run to Harmby for unloading before its scheduled return to the main line at 13:45. Just to add some additional excitement we are also expecting 3 more Pacer units to arrive today. One is for the railway and the other 2 are to be stored prior to onward road transport to the Aln Valley railway.
