Enjoy a scenic journey through the stunning Yorkshire Dales to Leyburn, all while immersed in the vibrant sounds of the Swale Valley Stompers Jazz Band. You are invited to bring your own picnic & prosecco to enjoy on this trip!
The fun begins on Saturday 22 June at 6.30pm at Leeming Bar station with music and dancing on the platform, before the train leaves at 7.30pm for a round trip to Leyburn. The band will play on board the train and also at Leyburn station. There will be an auction of promises and raffle and on board with some fantastic prizes!
This evening event is close to Midsummer’s Day and will show Wensleydale at its best in the late daylight. Don’t miss this enjoyable evening for a worthy cause!
We aim to run buses from both Osmotherley (via Peter Edmonds) and Thirsk if you would like details of these please ring the office. Bus Tickets £8 return. (minimum numbers required).
