In the run up to the historic coronation of King Charles III, we’re exploring the sovereigns of the past along the Wensleydale Railway.

As you travel through the different time periods along our line, follow the QR code trail at each station to learn about the monarchs of the twentieth century – from the significant events of their reigns to the strange stories of their lives.

For the young passengers, stop off at Leeming Bar Station for coronation crafts, including dressing up on the throne for your own coronation! And don’t forget to visit Scruton Station, to learn more about crowns and coins from over 100 years ago.
